The House of Silver - Microgreens.  Living greens, lovingly grown.

 

On our small farm in Bangalee we grow fresh microgreens - harvested to order and delivered locally every Thursday.  Fresh greens from our grow house to your table.

 

Microgreens are harvested 7-14 days from germination.  These little plants contain 4 to 40 times more vitamins, minerals & antioxidants than their full-grown counterparts. 

 

We are currently growing five different varieties: Sunflower Shoots, Pea Shoots, Radish, Broccoli and Arugula (Rocket) Microgreens. 

 

Our microgreens are small-scale, fresh, and locally grown for neighbours, friends, and those who find pleasure in simple, nourishing food.
